The hotel is in a small, well-run French location, easy to find but small. The rooms are functional, old but comfortable. Despite needing updating, it's quite good. The friendly staff provided some excellent service, yet with the need to sort things out. The continental style dining was simple for the price but offered fresh croissants and breads. Overall, a stereotypical French hotel worth the visit.

The hotel is conveniently located on a busy French bank holiday weekend. The rooms were very clean and provided white fluffy towels, soap, and shower gel, although the shower was hand-held over the bath. The service was outstanding with friendly and efficient staff. The location was ideal for our needs, easy to find, and well-suited for a stopover. The dining experience was continental style but a bit simple for the price. Overall, a well-run hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
